Mercedes Bryant is a five foot eight, dark haired, a not too skinny with curves, independent woman. She is successful, driven and a Domme. She didn’t have a great upbringing, but she has worked hard to change her life and make something of herself. She will never let anyone hold her down again.

Nicole Edwards is the queen of erotic romance and this book meets those standards. The story line is heartwarming, the characters are believable and the sex is steamy. Many of the characters from other books make an appearance which is one thing I love about Nicole’s books, and there are some new characters introduced hinging at new story lines. I can’t say enough good things about this book, like all of Nicole’s books that I’ve read.  I absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this book to fans of erotic, BDSM, love stories. I give Perception 5 stars with 5 hands down the pants.
