This hadbeen compared to Fifty Shades Of Grey however, this series needs no crutch.. while it might have a few similarities...its able to stand on its own.
Before I begin let me ask you this... if you found a stack of journals would you read it?? Would it matter who it belonged to? Would you tell anyone you read them? or would you be to ashamed to admit you'd do such a thing??

When we meet Sara McMillian in the first book of the Inside outside series she comes across a few journal in which she believes belongs to her neighbor ...Ella Ferguson... (Ella left it behind absentmindedly at her house) after reading a few pages she cant believe some of the erotic tale shes read and when Ella comes to collect the journal Ella admits their not hers, and she found them in a storage unit but has no idea who the people in the book are. This sends Sara on a mission to find out who the journals belong to in hopes to return them back to the rightful owner.
Doing some research Sara Learn the books belong to A woman named Rebecca who worked at an art gallery. But no one seems to know where Rebecca is. Set on a mission to get some answer Sara places her self in Rebecca's life persay in hope to learn about Rebecca's where abouts. Sara quickly gets her self mixed up with two very sexy, mysterious and dangerous men. Mark Compton The gallery owner and Chris Merit A successful Artist. Both men are complete polar opposites and yet similar in so many ways. Although both men do business with each other they cant stand each other for reasons unknown to Sara. It not long til she figures out either Mark Or Chris could be the Dom in Rebecca's journal. Though Sara doesn't complete trust Chis, she quickly finds herself smitten with him. Which gets Mark's blood boiling.
Sara eventually comes clean with Chris about the journals and he warns her to let it go. But what woman you know that far gone would just drop it. lol
If i were you ends with Sara inside the storage Unit looking for more journals only to find out shes not alone... that someones watching her...
For me personally If I Were You left me asking a whole lot of unanswered questions and just as confused as to who to trust.

In Being me things pick u exactly where they left off. Sara's inside the storage unit and is also painfully aware someones watching her. She quickly makes her way out of there and quickly calls Chris who of course comes to her rescue. But not without a proper tongue lashing of course. Not that she doesn't deserve it.
As the story progresses we see Sara and Chris' relationship grow but not without a few tests along the way. most of it has to do with Rebecca's Journals. Chris' big secret is revealed, or at least part of it, and i have to say it will tear at your heart!!
Mark voices his opinion on Sara's relationship with Chris. Which forces her to make a major decision that will effects all three of them.
We do finally get some answers as for who's the Dom Rebecca writes about in her journals as well as Rebecca's where bouts... and its good!! (You didn't think i was actually gonna tell you did you? You and i both know you want to know.. well you need to read it to find out)
While we've answered the major questions in the second installment of this series were still left with a lot more...
