Eagle is the quite type, keeps to himself and often fades into the background, but that’s the way he likes it.

Irina barley survived the tragedy that haunts her. If it weren’t for the childlike Fiona she may not even be alive today. Fiona has filled a hole in Irina that allows Irina to keep on breathing. She may not be living, but she’s alive.

Then one day Irina sees Eagle in town and something inside her sparks back to life.

It’s hard to read many books by the same fantastic author(s). I’ve run out of things to say. This is a fantastic series and The Pieces We Keep is a fantastic story.
