Until Torque and a couple of his brothers burst in the store hiding from...someone. Tatted, leathered, huge hot guys. Were they real or was she sleeping? It didn't take long for the two of them to hit it off with her sass and his alpha ways.
The interest was there but she could never go out with a dangerous guy like him. She was going to be a Doctor and had to maintain her reputation. He planned to see if he could change her mind. As the first woman he'd been interested in for more than an hour or so he wasn't giving up so easily.
The characters are unique and fun sometimes dangerous. The bad guys are prolific and there are plenty of surprises for them all. In his plans or not will Torque have to follow the old saying, keep your friends close and your enemies closer?
