Not gonna fly with this guy.
The trouble she is protecting him from is deep, dangerous, and has more than one player. Lars knows he should just let it and her go, but too many people want him to ignore her. They should know the more they say the more determined he is to find out and, yeah, have her.
Their relationship is supposed to be temporary. The sex is beyond what either have experienced. She won't stick around and he doesn't do long term. Will the danger and trust issues keep them apart or are their feelings strong enough to overcome them?
I've been a fan of Ms. Grosso since my first Immortals book, and I bought the entire series. This is my second book. Looks like I have The Club Altura series to obsess over.
