The Unexpected Beautiful
Book Blurb
Copper Crossfire is the hottest alt-pop band in the US. Lead singer and guitarist West MacKinnon is on top of the world with his fame, his fans, and his friends. West is enjoying every facet of his fame but he knows that his fans don’t love “him” for the right reasons. He has a hard time figuring out what is real and what isn’t. West never expects to fall for some chick he meets backstage, especially when she doesn’t seem the least bit interested…
Nora Rookwood is focused on her life and her dreams after high school - opening her own car garage. She’s never been one to get girly or swoon over guys because she spends all of her free time fixing up her baby, a 1961 Pontiac Bonneville. Nora knows that she can’t get distracted by anything, especially boys, in order for her dreams to come true.
Nora’s best friend Ashna drags her to a Copper Crossfire concert because she won tickets from the radio station, along with Meet and Greet passes for after the show. That is the night her life changes forever. That is the night she meets West MacKinnon.
Emotions run wild and rampant when teenagers are quick to fall in love, especially with the world of Facebook and text messages. Is it possible to have a relationship when one person is famous and the other person isn’t? Or will real life kick in and force these teenagers to gain some perspective and face reality?

Review:
18 year old rock star
Weston MacKinnon is living the life, traveling the world, playing his music,
meeting fans but sometimes it’s just too much. Everyone loves him, but not for
the right reasons. He wants someone who cares about him as a person, not the rock
star.
18 year old Nora Rookwood
loves to fix cars, she studies hard and has a dream, and boys are not a part of
it. Her friend wins tickets to a Copper Crossfire concert and drags Nora with
her. Nora is not a fan but she is a good friend so she goes. Want to know the
rest? Read this fantastic book.
I fell in love with this
simple story. It’s so sweet, so different from what I normally read; I just
couldn’t put it down. It’s a story of young love, first love, and it made me
remember what it was like (sigh). It almost made me wish I was that age again,
almost. I couldn’t help but root for Wes. It made me smile, sigh and shed a few
tears. No it’s not an emotional book per say, but there were some tender
moments. I highly recommend this sweet, funny, first love story and give it 5
stars! I can’t wait for the next part to be released.

About the Author:
Noell Mosco is a 30-something-year-old who lives in southwestern Pennsylvania, born and raised. A country girl at heart, she currently resides in Suburbia, just outside of Pittsburgh, with her husband, 150lb Newfoundland dog, and two cuddlebug cats.
Writing has been one of Noell's passions since she was young, completing her first "book" at age eleven. Since then, she's always dreamed of becoming a best-selling author, always a story in her head and tablet in her hands. Her full-time job as a physical therapist means she is compassionate, and it allows her to follow-up with her close-2nd biggest passion - traveling the world. Her favorite vacation spot is currently Cabo, but Italy and Germany are close seconds.
Noell reluctantly admits to having a love of wine, though her poison of choice is generally tequila. She also needs coffee and flavored creamer for full functioning capacity. Or cappuccino.
