 Kenzie Whitehall has been divorced for several years. She’s finally given into her pressure of a friend to join a dating app. So far, she’s been stood up more than she’s met anyone. During one of those failed lunch dates, she catches the eye of Sam Vaillant.

This book is full of excitement! Ex-husbands, suspicions brothers, investigating detectives, people following people, oh and sex, hot, hot sex!!

I really enjoy this author and I am loving this serious! 5 stars for Brute’s Strength.

Storm and Madelyn

Despite the fact neither planned for a life together fate and chemistry seemed to have another idea. The club and club family noticed the difference and like the way she stood up to Storm, they liked his changed attitude. Nothing in his history has changed though, each has their nightmares and ordeals to overcome. Some surprises make that history even more acute. Will she be able to help him overcome the past to have a future? Will it matter or will their enemies keep them apart? Will they live through the war?

Angel/Madelyn proves herself to the club and Storm. I love her strength, as with the previous books the repeated conflict becomes a little old and I would have liked to see it dealt with. I did love the story there is plenty of steam and danger.

Avenging Angel is the follow up to Savage Storm, Knights Legion MC. Madelyn must come to terms with finding out the truth about Storm. Storm must also come to terms with his past. Can these two overcome their past and move forward or will the truth destroy them? Madelyn’s past also rears it’s ugly head and threatens to destroy her and the MC.

 

Like book 1, I feel a lot was overly repeated, which annoys me to no end. However, the story kept my interest and I plan to read the next book in the series. 3.5 Stars
