I’m being hunted.
Prey left defenseless.
I need to hide.
They can’t find me.
They’ll kill me if they do.
When Lucy decided to run nowhere to go. They were coming for her. She needed protection, but she had no one to help her. Until she came across the warehouse of the Deathstalkers MC, she begged them for protection. Now she owes them her life and her loyalty. Her family will never end their search for her, she is a piece of property that needs to be recovered at any cost necessary. Sometimes there are worse things than needing to hide for the rest of your life, like being found.
Sometimes the obvious evils aren’t the ones you need to fear.

Lucy is running for her life. If she stays at home she will die, but she has nowhere to go, no way to provide for herself and no one to turn to. Her only chance is the Deathstalkers MC, but will they help her?

Jordon is a prospect for the Deathstalkers MC. He’s trying to prove himself worthy of the patch, but he made a small mistake; a small mistake that will take him years to overcome.

Wow, just wow! Lucy has survived some messed up things in her 14 years, but what lays ahead of her may just be the worst of it and much to his dismay, Jordon may not be able to save her. This book is gritty and does not sugar coat its sinisterness. I’ve enjoyed other books by Alexis Noelle and this one is just as good. I give this book 5 stars!

Gritty, raw, violence, loyalty and love. This book has it all. Not your typical MC tale. This is foremost a story of survival and the human will to fight for life.Lucy and Jordan are an unlikely pair but are drawn to each other from the start. Lucy has had a very difficult, abusive upbringing within a polygamist sect until she finds an escape. After being found and rescued by Jordan, Lucy lives under the protection and rules of the Deathstalkers MC. Finally after nearly 4 years of waiting, Jordan and Lucy become a couple. Only life does still have more violence and betrayal in store for them. Their biggest and most violent trial is yet to come, as does retribution and impossible odds to survive. I loved this book. It catches your attention from the start and doesn't let go. Can love, trust and support conquer the curveball thrown at this young couple? You'll have to read it to find out and I really recommend that you do.I received an ARC of this book in return for an honest review for WTMO Bloggers.

I was appalled while learning about Lucy's past throughout the book. I mean I know things like that happen in real life, but to feel like I know the person and learn all that I did was disturbing, especially once Simon got her back. Seeing how Whip reacted towards her from the very beginning showed me he would always be there for her no matter what. I saw the love he had for her from the start, and could not wait to witness it blossom. She was sheltered and never knew how he truly felt. When she was taken and he had to wait he was torn, but he made everything as good as he knew how. She lost herself for a while, and knowing what was going on in her head was a different perspective from what I am used to and see her snap out of it was amazing to witness. I felt like I knew this group, and the brothers in the club were nothing short of amazing being there for someone that they had to ties to or expectation to help, they all fell in live with Lucy, some over time and others from the beginning, and this type of family sounds amazing. Elusive but amazing. I could not put this book down, I loved it and cannot wait for more to read about the MC and hopefully catch glimpses of Lucy and Whip.
